I have an idea; somehow, we have a number that identifies each of the people who crossed the border and were processed by an agency of the US federal government . . . I hope.
If this is the case, perhaps we should have them use this as a social security number and allow them to be employed and start collecting Social Security, Medicare, and the Payroll tax?
